Orna really “got” how to work with my son and to get the best out of him. He loves his OT even when she pushes him. He looks forwards to his sessions on Tuesdays and particularly loves the platform swing! I would (and have) recommended her to anyone whose child could benefit from occupational therapy”
Orna has a fantastic approach to working with children and has built a very strong bond with my daughter over this past year. Attending OT is one of the highlights of her week and this is a testament to Orna and the excellent facilities. My daughter is growing in confidence, and it is down to her learning, with Orna, how to manage situations she used to find difficult.
My son was recommended to attend for and OT assessment by the Psychologist. I was so happy for him when I saw how well he relaxed into the assessment. The space and equipment make the environment so welcoming that it didn’t take long for him to get relaxed and stuck in.
My son has many complex needs, he has met a number of professionals over the years to try to help him settle in school. I was so relieved when we were recommend to meet with Orna, she put him at ease straight away and she continues to connect so well with him and as well as the school staff. He has now learned how to show the best of himself and how to manage difficult situations better. She continued to connect with the school and to make recommendations. Now he is running into school each day!
